When you visit this website, our servers may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. If you have consented to analytics cookies, we may also receive aggregated data about how pages on this site are used. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

• Enrolment and payment records are retained for 7 years to meet Thai accounting and tax requirements.
• Course access records are retained for 3 years after the end of the relevant course enrolment period.
• Website access logs are retained for up to 90 days.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processing: Payment card details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Student records and enrolment data are stored on servers within Thailand. Access to personal data is restricted to Synapsy staff who need it for course administration. We use secure connections (HTTPS) for all data transmitted between your browser and this website.

No data transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold, we cannot warrant absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to affected individuals, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected data subjects in accordance with PDPA requirements.
