Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which cookies Synapsy uses on this website, and how you can manage your preferences. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the website to remember certain information about your visit — for example, whether you have accepted cookies, or which pages you have viewed. Cookies do not give websites access to your computer or to information you have not chosen to share.
Some cookies are essential for a website to work. Others are optional and help the site operator understand how the site is used, or deliver relevant advertising. You can choose which optional cookies to allow.

3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services rather than by Synapsy directly. These include:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (analytics cookies). Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta Pixel — advertising reach and measurement (marketing cookies). Meta's privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Microsoft Bing Ads (UET) — advertising measurement (marketing cookies). Microsoft's privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com
We do not control these third-party services and encourage you to review their policies separately.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories by duration:
- Session cookies — exist only for the duration of your browser session and are deleted when you close your browser. Used for essential functions such as maintaining your login state.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device until their expiry date or until you delete them. Duration varies by cookie type as noted in the category descriptions above.

6. Your Rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw consent to optional cookies at any time by using the controls on this page or by adjusting your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before the withdrawal.
Disabling analytics or marketing cookies will not prevent you from using this website or from accessing any course you are enrolled in, though some features may behave differently. If you have questions about how we use your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact us at [email protected].
